The proposal, scheduled for review by the zoning board on Thursday, focuses on repurposing the vacant property at 1155 Marlkress Road—an 8,703-square-foot building dating back 57 years. The site, located between Cardone Avenue and Allison Drive, has previously been home to professional offices, a chiropractic practice, and most recently Security Resources Inc.
According to Inspire A Learner’s project overview, the center would run year-round, offering structured programs for children and teens ages 2 through 18. Programming is designed to support physical growth, cognitive development, and social-emotional well-being.
