Construction fencing now surrounds the building as workers focus on dismantling its interior. The complete exterior demolition is scheduled to begin after the busy holiday shopping season.

Positioned at the rear of the mall, the office tower is not directly connected but sits within the “L” shape formed by the mall’s two wings.
